Experience comfort and style in this elegant apartment that offers the
most ideal living space, nestled in the heart of one of Cape Town's
most trendy suburbs and leisure districts. Perfectly situated a short
drive away from the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront and within reach of an
assortment of Espresso bars, Italian restaurants, Cafes, Burger joints
and Boutiques that line the Main Road and Sea Point Promenade this
space offers a lively stay met with a lively experience right at your
doorstep.

The Space

Experience warmth and comfort in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment
with modern fittings, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy
dining and lounge area. Relax and enjoy a movie in the comfort of the
lounge on a 60" Smart TV with Netflix. Take in some fresh air and enjoy
the view or a braai on the large balcony decked with comfortable
outdoor furniture.

Relax comfortably in our main bedroom featuring a luxurious king-size
bed and ensuite. The second bedroom boasts a queen bed with balcony
access, while the third offers a cosy double bed. The second and third
rooms also include dedicated workspaces, perfect for blending
relaxation and productivity.

Guest access:
Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to

Linen & towels as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and
basic shower amenities are provided.
Please note the apartment is single level but is located on the third
floor of the building - up 3 flights of stairs, there is no elevator

Four nights in Cape Town

The property was as described, and a really well-sized apartment (we were a family of four adults). The location is excellent, a short (and cheap) Uber to the waterfront of an evening. The host had provided a welcome pack of treats for us, which was very kind, and was very responsive if we had a question. The security staff on Reception are also very friendly and helpful.
