has a queen-size bed, and the second has 2 single beds. The shared
bathroom has a shower, bathtub, toilet and his & hers basins.

the rooftop where you can enjoy the communal braai and lounge.

Please note that the use of the communal jacuzzi is subject to availability and requires a refundable deposit of R500, which will be returned after an inspection. Reservations for the communal jacuzzi must be made on the day of check-in.

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with you to meet at the property, which is situated at 9 Scholtz Road, Three Anchor Bay.
You will receive a set of keys for the front door, a tag and a remote.
