Lovely and splendid

This was one of the best VRBO experiences. The propery was clean and the host was very responsive. They were truly thoughtful, and provided fresh sheets, towels, new sponge, and new coffee.

Perfect Weekend

My family and I came to Cape May Court House for the weekend. We had the perfect trip and the house was just perfect as well. Very clean, spacious, and very attentive host. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Our stay at this property was excellent! House was very clean and prepared, property managers very friendly and easy to communicate with, quiet neighborhood and nice neighbors, check in and out was a breeze, couldn’t ask for a better place to stay! This was a great place to stay for our adult family of 4 when visiting the area for a wedding in Avalon. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Beach chairs and an umbrella were provided, which was nice.

This house was cute and clean. We had a wedding in Stone Habor and this house was like 8 minutes away. This house was perfect for our party of 6 for the weekend.

Mid-Week Get Away

House was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. A great little coffee shop is just around the corner. My son and I spent the morning at the Stone Harbor beach and then visited with friends in Sea Isle City just a short drive north. Check in and check out was easy. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Wonderful host!

Perfect family vacation!

My family (including my three young daughters and my parents) had a wonderful stay here! The house was comfortable and extremely clean. It was also very kid-friendly, a pack and play and high chair was all set up for my one year old. Kate was super helpful and responsive to any questions and provided great recommendations for restaurants and activities. Check in and check out was a breeze. We had a great experience!

Comfortable beach home for whole family!

Good comfortable home for the 6 of us on vacation. Home was well furnished and the toiletries supplied were plenty for our stay. Yard was nice for cornhole. Neighborhood was very safe! It was about a13 minute drive to Stone Harbor beach but was fine with us. Would recommend for families looking for a good size affordable home near the beach!

Family Vacay

We had a wonderful stay, when we arrived the house was spotless and smelled wonderful, we loved the 2 large living rooms and the kitchen had everything you needed. The area was so quiet and only a few miles to the beach. We parked at 111th st beach access very short walk to the water we always found parking and the beach wasn’t crowded. We loved the house we loved the area. We will definitely be coming back

Was my children and I then my sister and nephew came up for 2 days plenty of room. Host is awesome at communicating! Think the kids didn't like no TV in their rooms but other than that perfect stay! Would recommend and stay again for sure! Thank you😁

Kate’s house was spectacular and fit the needs of our family. The layout of the house was perfect with two huge living rooms and the well stocked kitchen had everything we needed for burgers and hotdogs after a day at the beach. The location of the house was a quiet neighborhood and close to grocery stores and restaurants and local businesses. We look forward to staying again.

Perfect location!

Our visit this past weekend was to attend a wedding in Avalon. The home is in the perfect location, well maintained, with plenty of dining options nearby. Everything was provided for us! Sheets, towels, body wash/shampoo/conditioner, and even snacks! Checkout was a breeze. Thank you, Kate for your hospitality this past weekend! Don’t hesitate to book if looking to visit the area.

Easter weekend

I made a mistake with the check-in date. It was not a problem. Everyone was comfortable and the kids enjoyed the big tub. Wish we had more time to spend and take advantage of the location and backyard.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this charming ranch, it's even more spacious than the pictures are showing. There's ample room for our group of 8 and the location is convenient to explore Cape May, Wildwoods and Stone Harbor. The house was clean and so many attention to details. Kate even set out some welcome snacks and water for us. Love that linens and towels were provided and there's a washer and dryer. Kate checks in regularly with us to make sure we have everything we need and went above and beyond to make this a great trip for us.

Cape May Courthouse Cutie with great central location to everything!

Our family of 7 had a wonderful weekend getaway at this charming ranch home tucked away in a nice neighborhood and centrally located to everything! We were a short drive away from Avalon, Stone Harbor, and Victorian Cape May Beaches and within walking distance to some great places to eat like Claudio’s and coffee shops. The Cape May Zoo is also very close and free! The home was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed having morning coffee on the deck, and we appreciated the extra beach chairs, umbrella, and beach tags the owner provided. The host was excellent and very quick to communicate, answer any concerns, and made great recommendations! We would gladly return in the future!

Quick weekend wedding

Our group of 8, ranging from 2 years to 60, stayed at the house for a weekend. I picked the property because of its location to the wedding venue. The house was exactly as listed, bedrooms were perfect for our group. My 4 year old granddaughter loved the bunk bed! We took walks around the neighborhood, all sidewalks, to little cafes and even Starbucks (a bit more of a walk, but doable.) It’s close to grocery store and shopping. Very easy to communicate with owners. We are just sorry we couldn’t enjoy more of the areas offerings due to time.

Great house!

We enjoyed our stay here. Kate gave me a list of places to visit or eat. The bagel shop around the corner was amazing and we walked over every day. It’s also a quick drive to the zoo. Loved having two living rooms so the younger kids could watch cartoons and the adults could watch other things at the same time. I sadly did not get to use the tub but it looked so inviting. Kate was very gracious when we realized my son got marker on her table. Would stay again.
