"Very clean and spacious room. The top floor felt very private despite being in a shared inn. The breakfasts were fantastic! And you can't beat the location if your plans are around downtown Wilmington."

"My husband and I recently stayed here for a week with our pup and couldn’t have been happier with this property! The house is in a great location- we walked downtown almost every day and there’s a great brewery and pizza place just down the street plus an amazing ice cream spot just a little farther down. The house itself was perfect and you can tell a lot of care was put into it; it literally had everything we needed. The backyard was perfect for our pup to do zoomies in, and it was also nice to sit back there and read a book. I could go on and on about how great this property is, and I know we’ll certainly be back! "

"Plenty of safe parking, the area was well-lit and convenient to walk to the Wilson center."

"The breakfast each day was absolutely awesome. Only one bad experience with one of the staff on the Monday morning. She ask for our pass for breakfast (which was the only time out of 4 mornings the card was checked) and became a little rude when I explained I left it in the room. After explanning this was the first time we had been ask for the card, she said I had to produce it in order to eat. It didn’t matter that my wife and daughter was there with me and they both had their card. That was a little annoying."

"House was perfect for our visit to tour UNCW. Close to food and shopping and close to several beaches. A little loud at times due to planes/military choppers but that is to be expected in the area. Property was spotless and host was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The room was very clean and had a nice view of the battleship. The staff was very friendly and check in and check out. The rooftop bar was nice as well. "
