Enjoy your own private pool w/ screened lanai and fully fenced yard, fully stocked kitchen & coffee bar, and fenced backyard for total privacy. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, bikes, golf clubs & fishing gear are all included, plus family-friendly extras like pool floats, toys, board games, & Pack n Play. There are security cameras on the exterior of the house for your safety located at the front door, mailbox, above the garage, pool area above the deck box and backyard left corner above the pool equipment area. Dogs welcome too. Our cheerful retreat is filled with coastal charm and designed for comfort. The open living and dining space flows into a fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar—ideal for morning brews or evening cocktails. Step outside to your private paradise: a screened lanai with pool, outdoor dining, and lounge seating. The fenced backyard offers privacy for family fun, pool games, or simply soaking up the sun.
