Welcome to your dream beachfront getaway in the exclusive gated community of Mystic Vistas, Cape Canaveral! This stunning 3-bedroom condo, located on the top floor of the complex, offers the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and is steps away from private, direct access to one of the most beautiful beaches along the Atlantic Coast.. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and beautifully decorated living area, 10 foot ceilings and wall to wall sliders that open up to a large balcony. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, creating a perfect space for entertaining or relaxing with family and friends.

The Master Suite has a king-sized bed with walkout to the balcony. Master Bath includes large tub, separate walk-in shower, and his and her vanities. Guest room 2 has a queen-size bed and cheater ensuite bathroom with shower. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is also a spacious fully equipped laundry room in the unit.

The complex features a gated entrance, keypad access to the lobby and your own personal keyless entry code to the unit. There is plenty of outside parking, however, we do have reserved private garage parking if you prefer.

Mystic Vistas offers numerous amenities on the private grounds. The facility boasts 4 separate swimming pools for your enjoyment. There is even an well equipped Oceanside fitness centre/clubhouse which features a rooftop deck. All four pools are gated and the Mystic Vistas “Only” pool is heated and has an adjoining Hot Tub. Mystic Vistas boasts 2 lit tennis/pickle ball courts and racquetball courts that are accessible day and night.

When you're ready to explore, you'll have direct access to the pristine sandy beach just steps away from your front door. Spend your days lounging by the pool and taking long walks along the shore. Mystic Vistas is an easy 45 minute drive to all the famous Orlando attractions, its many theme parks and outlet shopping. But there are also many tourist attractions, great shopping and fantastic local restaurants within a 5 to 10 min. drive. You'll have easy access to a variety of other local attractions, including Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, and Cocoa Beach Pier. There are also plenty of dining options, shopping centers, and entertainment venues nearby to enhance your vacation experience.

Mystic condo

We had a great month! The condo is very livable and well furnished. Great view of the ocean liners at the Port from the balcony. Beach half a block away has great sand, nice waves and great views of rocket launchs!
