「Property is a colonial style courtyard series of large rooms. There is no traditional Hotel Services and the Propert is extremely difficult to find. You MUST locate the #60 on a fenced property as there is No Signage and only a 1” x 3” hand written note of the name of Corte del Merlo. The external area is very dark and a little worn. Access is a secured entry that requires you to press a button. Eventually someone comes to the Iron Fence to let you into the property which is very pleasant....

「Just had an unfortunate experience with this hotel. Upon arriving after a long flight w/ no sleep all night, we were told that they did not have a room for us that was booked & pd in Feb. We asked why not another room but we were told they were fully booked even though throughout the 4 days we were back & forth at the hotel we never saw one guest anywhere. It was so odd & like nothing we have ever experienced at a hotel before. They said we would have to stay at another hotel across town. The...

「The location was lovely and overall the hotel was a great choice . However I do feel that in some instances attention to detail was lacking : in the rooms - no replacement toilet rolls ; problems with no hot water for 2 of the 3 days we were there and no apology or explanation until it was raised on check-out . Room door soundproofing was also poor. Milk at breakfast was lumpy one of the mornings (did not try again) and panicked and muffin on the cooked menu were frozen through so obviously not...

「Lovely place to stay in Palermo. Location is awesome and very convenient:)」

「Great location!」

「Clean, good air conditioning, well maintained. Very good value for money. Coffee machine in the bedroom much appreciate. Could leave my luggage at the place.」

Stille, schone kamers.
