Spacious one-bedroom apartment on the third floor of a small building, located about 150 meters from the beach in a quiet area. The apartment features a living room with a single sofa bed, a separate kitchen, a windowed bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a storage room, manual window blinds on all windows and a large terrace. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine, and a private parking space (included in the price).
