Once the home of Canoe Cove Honey, this beautifully restored farmhouse invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and savour the gentle rhythms of Island life. With sweeping ocean views and quick access to Canoe Cove Beach—a beloved family beach set within a sheltered bay—you’ll have the perfect spot to stroll at sunrise, explore tide pools at low tide, or spend long afternoons in the warm PEI sun.

This modern take on a traditional farmhouse sits on a peaceful, picturesque piece of land just around the corner from the beach. Inside, sunlight fills every corner of the home. The main level features a fully equipped kitchen designed for gathering and cooking together, a spacious dining area wrapped in windows, and a cozy living room ideal for quiet evenings or rainy-day lounging. Also on the main floor is a serene bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, along with a full bathroom conveniently located nearby.

Upstairs, the home opens into a bright and welcoming master suite with a luxurious king bed and soft coastal colours—an inviting retreat after a day of exploring the Island. Two charming children’s rooms, each furnished with twin beds, create the perfect space for little adventurers to settle in. A second full bathroom on this level provides added comfort and convenience for families or groups.

Step outside and you’ll be greeted by wide-open Island sky and the peaceful beauty of the surrounding landscape. Canoe Cove Beach is just minutes away. From the driveway, turn left, take the first right onto Church Road, and follow it as it curves toward the shoreline. There you’ll find not only warm, shallow waters perfect for families, but also washrooms, a playground, and a canteen during the summer months.
