Staff were super friendly, they let me check in early, were happy to answer all of my questions, and helped me book a private vehicle to Hanoi upon check out, which worked out to be the most convenient, quickest, and the best price. "The staff was great, especially the folks in the lounge (Dat and the main bartender) breakfast was wonderful, dinner options were a little expensive but mostly pretty good. Spa was nice altho it would be nicer to have men and women allowed to use the same area as my partner and I were the only ones on each side and got kind of bored alone. Area around the space is beautiful and the temple on the mountain is unbelievable! Overall, it was a great stay"

"The reception staff, especially Mai Tram and Thanh, were very courteous, professional and helpful. The room, though small, was very functional. I really appreciate the free laundry of one set of clothes per day if you are staying more than 3 days. The Japanese breaksfasts served in the morning were delicious and the portion was just right. One suggestion: add an anti-slip mat in the bathtub."
