Clean and Nice Place

It's a nice apartment with a fridge. Service was prompt but it has to be with the Hotel.com app only. There should be one microwave in the common area. And it's hard to communicate as the doorman and host do not speak English. I had to use the translator a lot. Otherwise it's a nice place.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel completely exceeded our expectations. The room was not only beautiful and impeccably clean, but it also had a warm, welcoming vibe that made us feel instantly at home. The design and comfort alone would earn five stars — but it was the people here who truly made our stay unforgettable. During our time in Cancún, we faced some unexpected and difficult events. The staff went above and beyond to support us — showing real compassion, patience, and generosity. They didn’t just do their job, they genuinely cared. Whether it was helping us navigate a tricky situation, checking in to see if we were okay, or simply making sure we had what we needed — they treated us like family, not just guests. Every detail, from the peaceful atmosphere to the thoughtful service, reflected a level of care that’s rare to find. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for us. This place didn’t just give us a place to sleep — it gave us a sense of safety and kindness when we needed it most. And not to mention, the view from our room was on another level. Though we didn’t face the sea, the massive bay window behind our bed framed the most stunning west-facing sunset I’ve ever seen. If you’re considering coming to Cancún, don’t even bother looking at the all-inclusive resorts — if you want a real, authentic experience and the most beautiful view of the city, this is the one. Highly, highly recommended.

El personal fue muy amable con nosotros y bastante accesible, el lugar esta muy bonito aunque a simple vista se ve sencillo ya cuando lo ves bien tiene unos murales super bonitos, lugares de descanso y en general nos gustó para desconectarnos un rato. La ubicación esta muy buena ya que tiene la plaza outlet cerca, a la vuelta de la esquina hay un oxxo y puedes tomar la ruta de la zona hotelera caminando un par de cuadras, enfrente tiene un parque muy lindo para ir a caminar o ejercitarse y la zona me pareció segura en general.
