Clean hotel, nice lobby, nice pool area and bar. Safe with Security, underground parking, pretty easily accessible to some good restaurants, some WAY overpriced so watch for tourist traps. It shouldn't cost $45 for a breakfast toast with a couple eggs and a juice.. The options are confusing at the hotel, no one speaks English.
On the way to Karaoke Bar, good Taco's! Main Strip, beside Hotel.

Hotel is very close to the ADO station and my room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was helpful. Hotel is a good value for the price. The buffet breakfast was very good.

City Escape at Good Prices

Quick one night stay not too far (about 25 minutes) to the airport with traffic. Perfect for a night where you don't need to be at the beaches, but need a room.

rooms are pretty nice and clean, you can not turn on dry mode on the a/c, there is centrai air even with ac turned off which is good because no mosquito screen on the windows. Nothing will dry in the room which kind of sucks because you will pack a wet swimsuit unless you dry them at the roof terrace in the morning, this also means everything is moist always, also they have a habit of completely turning off air in the rooms when they are vacant, i had to have mine turned on by the staff. Also need more attention to detail, they made the bed but did not take room service dishes out. Breakfast is nice and gym is also sufficient with a little bit of imagination, rooftop has a nice view.

It was great! I stayed 4 nights then extended it to 5 and they gave a better room for my additional stay. It's so close the bus station ADO and there are several food options around if you walk to Palapas Park. The staff was cool and the place very neat, internet is amazing everywhere. There is a Starbucks on 1st floor, a restaurant and a bar, the rooftop is very cool if you are using the pool at night as it has a night club with live music. They stored my luggage after my check out for free. Definitely will come back.

Very nice place, walking distance to a lot of shopping, bars and restaurants. The only down side was no hot water in the showers and you have to take a cab to the beach

The service was great, the only problem with this hotel is that it seems like they are on low budget, many stuff must to be fixed, we had very bad water pressure,and the ac wasn’t working properly, so it was hot in the room

Good location close to the ADO station, but the hotel is not in great condition. Additional "tax" was charged during check-in although my booking clearly stated that all taxes and fees are include din the price.

The property was great I’ve gone twice. Once in 2021 and recently in May of 2024. I go because I can walk across the street and there’s an extreme amount of nice bars and restaurants. The food is good at the hotel. They did give me a small room the second time but I think it’s because I bought it on Expedia. I think it’s best if you order your reservation on the original website. But the customer service is good.

The Hotel is in Downtown but doesn’t feel like downtown. Other then a few small stores arround the hotel, there’s nothing to do in the area. Good part is ADO bus terminal is close to Mex which makes it easy to travel from airport to the hotel. Worst part is the hotel rooms. I would give 1 star to the room. They were very depressing with no views at all. Not something I would recommend for vacation.

What you'd expect from an inexpensive tourist hote

Hot water didn't work at first. Half the lights worked. The room was missing appliances like a hair dryer, etc. loud slamming and scraping sounds at night. Two days of cold showers before they fixed the issue. Otherwise, the bed was relatively comfortable and the AC got cold at night.
