No air conditioning while outside was 100F/38C. I had to wait 45 mins to check in with a security guard staring at me by the apartment door because owner and their representative did not bother to send apartment access code until 45 mins after check in time. Hallways don't have air conditioning in the building so this all happened in scorching heat. NO instructions how to check in or how to use the beach. Are loungers included? Pay? Do you need to reserve? Mystery. APARTMENT DOES NOT HAVE WORKING AIR CONDITIONING. You will suffocate.Owner did not bother to send tech to repair and EXPEDIA BLOCKS REVIEWS IF YOU TELL THE TRUTH ABOUT A BAD EXPERIENCE owner's rep was rude and useles Balcony is facing a pool and terrible noise from the building AC outside compressor so there is no way to use the balcony unless you enjoy mechanical noise. There are ZERO food options. There is one single restaurant but you need to walk 7 minutes in scorching heat and there are no directional signs anywhere. BEWARE building uses facial recognition for you to enter so there is zero privacy and a random building now has your biometrics. So: no air conditioning, no relaxation, no rest, not quiet, no food options, noisy balcony, rude and unresponsive owner. Also, building has their or maintenance tech but owner and their representative refused to allow building maintenance to fix the AC. So after waiting half day for owner to bother to respond or send maintenance i checked out and went to a proper hotel.
