Older building but clean room with air-conditioning. Friendly staff. Just off a major street, so road /pedestrian noise can sometimes be an issue. Rooms need to have a safe / lockbox. Also a ‘bar fridge’ would be welcome. Super convenient to restaurants, shopping (including supermarkets) and a short walk to main bus terminal (for airport bus). But if lying on a beach is your thing, that’s a bit of a journey via local bus.

Great place to relax after long flights from US West Coast. Hotel is just a few blocks from the ADO Bus Station, which is great because I need to take the bus to Playa del Carmen to take the ferry to Cozumel. Also very convenient & inexpensive getting to the Hotel from Cancun Airport by ADO Bus.

Excellent hotel in central Cancun

The only downside to my room was that the door did not muffle noises from the hallways. Otherwise, the hotel is excellent choice. The building was maintained well. My room was comfortable and well lit. The AC worked great and looked new. Hotel is in a great location close and easily walkable to ATMs, restaurants, cafes, the bus station, and shopping. I would book the hotel again should I stay in Cancun.

The good Very close to downtown. Access to plazas and various restaurants. Other hotels. Walking distance to easy pick up location for full day trips by bus AC worked very well in the room. Hot water always. Reasonable price. Easy access to super market with fresh baked goods The bad Internet dropping all the time. Room faced the front and the street is noisy due to traffic. No AC and minimal fan in the lobby. Staff didn’t speak much English so didn’t ask for assistance. Toilet seat kept dropping, toilet clogged. Due to location, great AC gave 4 stars. If noise bothers you not ideal
