It is mandatory to submit official identification for the person named on the reservation and all accompanying guests prior to arrival. Failure to submit identification may prevent access to the property.<br>Hours<br>🕒 Check-in: starting at 3:00 p.m.<br> 🕚 Check-out: 11:00 a.m.<br>🚫 Visitors and additional guests are not permitted.<br>🚫 Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.<br>Failure to comply with the maximum occupancy limit may result in fines of $1,000 MXN per additional person per day, as established by the condominium regulations, which must be paid by the guest.<br>🚭 COMMUNITY, SAFETY, AND RESPECT<br>To maintain a peaceful environment for residents and guests:<br>🚫 Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted.<br> 🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. It is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.<br> 🚫 The use, possession, or sale of drugs is prohibited. Violation will result in immediate eviction without a refund and a report to the authorities.<br>The owners are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur on the property, nor for the loss of guests’ personal or valuable items.<br>🔕 Quiet hours<br>9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.<br>During these hours, the following are not permitted:<br>Loud music<br>Horns<br>Karaoke<br>Excessive noise in the apartment, on terraces, or in common areas<br>The following are also prohibited:<br>Running, skating, or riding bicycles in hallways and stairwells<br>Placing objects, plants, clothing, or decorations in hallways, balconies, railings, or windows<br>Disposing of trash outside of designated trash areas<br>Cooking or using grills on balconies or terraces<br>Accessing rooftops or throwing objects or cigarette butts from them<br>If the noise or behavior disturbs neighbors or residents, security or the condominium management may request eviction without the right to a refund.<br>🌊 NATURAL CONDITIONS OF THE AREA<br> Due to the high humidity and salinity resulting from our oceanfront location (≈90%), rust may occur even on stainless steel materials.<br>This does not affect any essential services during your stay. However, there may be visible signs of rust in some areas.<br>Rust is a natural condition of the environment and is not grounds for a refund.<br>Additionally, since we are in a tropical area, occasional insects may appear despite periodic pest control treatments.<br>🛋️ APARTMENT CARE<br>We ask that you treat the space with care and respect.<br>Do not move furniture or remove items from inside the apartment<br> (water jugs, containers, amenities, etc.).<br>Avoid sitting on furniture if you are wet, covered in sand, or have sunscreen on.<br>Do not hang damp clothes on light fixtures, furniture, or balconies.<br>Air conditioning<br>Use only with doors and windows closed to prevent moisture and mold.<br>Before leaving the apartment:<br>✔ Close doors and windows securely.<br>⚠️ Report any malfunction or damage immediately.<br
