ONE KILOMETER DISTANCE IS THE BEACH AND PUNTA CANCUN IS ABOUT 3 KILOMETERS, WHERE YOU CAN FIND SUPERMARKET, RESTAURANT, NIGHT CLUBS. BACK YARD WITH VIEW TO THE GOLF COURT. NO SWIMMING POOL. WIFI, SKY, NETFLIX
