"This house was perfect for our group of 6 adults for our 9 night stay. We’d been to Puerto Morelos twice before (2005 & 2008) when our kids were young. They are now young adults (24 & 27) with lovely partners and we wanted to celebrate the university graduation of the younger pair as well as get together with our daughter and her boyfriend who live and work in the UK. The house was just great for our occasion. Each bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite so each couple had their own space....

The ONLY issues were the hot water- it doesn’t last long AND there was a leak coming from the range hood so we just kept a pot on the stove to catch the water. The community pool was amazing. "It was great to have a pool for our kids when the ocean was too rough for swimming. We really enjoyed the experience of taking collectivos (#69 especially) and busses, and living away from the tourist crowd. It did take two collectivos or buses to get to most sightseeing locations though, so if you want to be close this wouldn't be the best location unless you take taxis or rent a car. "This was the perfect little house for my stay. I ran into a lot of difficulties with my hotel and this house came in clutch for me. They even worked to get me in before the 24 hour required reservation. The house was beautiful, clean and the owner and Manager were excellent. Very professional, very kind, and very helpful. I would recommend this day for anyone coming to Cancun. They were truly a blessing in disguise."

The condo was clean and the kitchen was well equipped! The beds were amazing and now I need a mattress for home! The rooms were bright and cozy. Moises was very helpful, overall wonderful experience. "We had 6 adults and 6 kids under 10 years old. We had more than enough room to sprawl out in this huge house. Very good ac. We loved the pool and it was perfect for our two 3 year-olds with the wading area. Nice patio furniture to relax, read, watch the kids in the pool. Very good eating arrangement. "It’s a total scam the the king size bed is two síngal beds in one! The locating is not we’re they say it was. It’s old and outdated place. Cockroaches everywhere and place in no good don’t recommend "

"Beautiful property, amazing friendly staff including maintenance and grounds keepers. The vegetation, plants, trees, are plentiful above average compared to most area resorts. Smaller, quiet, resort without loud obnoxious parties and music. Beach is stunning with numerous palm trees and palapas. Beach Restaurant on site and available next door. A diamond in the ruff"
