Beach front Villa, great location, steps from the beach!

Beautiful ocean front Villa right on the beach, inside the gated Condominium Villas Marlin with 3 pools, jacuzzi, snack bar next to the pool, security 24/7 in a great beach area of Cancun hotel zone. Supermarket, shopping malls and variety of restaurants in the other side of the road.
Wifi, Ac, balcony and a patio facing the ocean.
Parking lot, tennis court, bus stop right off the condo, airport transportation provided with our private driver (additional price).

Stunning views from both levels (terrace in the ground floor and balcony in the bedroom). Our apartment is located in a beatiful beach area with many attractions within walking distance. "Kukulcan mall" across the street with a grocery store inside, "La Isla" Shopping mall a few steps away and many restaurants walking distance. Also a convenience store 24/7 next to the condo.
The kitchen has a small stove and next to the main pool there is a Snack bar.

Visitors are not allowed and we must follow the Condominium rules.

Pets are not allowed

Fantastic location and responsive host

The location is perfect- clean and modern inside, clean and well guarded outside. The property is convenient to shopping, the bus, great restaurants, and the beach is second to none. Agustin was very responsive and set up airport transportation as well as an excursion- all at reasonable prices and with wonderful guides/drivers.

Location is Ideal

Everything about the listing is very accurate. Beach right out the front and shopping mall right across the street. There were several restaurants within walking distance. The only issue with the unit is the shower has virtually no water pressure which makes removing sand and sunscreen very difficult.

Perfect Place To Stay

From the time we booked our stay to the time we departed Cancun Austin has been more than a perfect host. We did not know that a host could provide for us all the needs that we asked of him..We needed a driver to and from the airport, Austin arranged the transportation. We wanted to go to Chincen Itza not with a group on a crowded tour bus, Austin arranged a private van and driver for our group. We ask many questions before leaving the USA and Austin answered every question, and his response was very quick most times in minutes. We were 15 feet from the sandy beach and a few more feet to the water. We could see everything from the condo. We watched the sunrise from in the upstairs bed, and patio. We had a few days watching the full moon over the ocean from the patio and beach. Bus stop only 2 minute walk. Security is very tight we had no worries they knew who belongs and is staying at this location we felt very much at ease. We had plans of going to Wal-Mart to stack up on food and other Items but Austin informed us of a supermarket in the mall across the street in the mall. It had everything we needed. The condo had everything we needed to cook with Restaurants’ at the other large mall was on about 10-15 minute smooth nice walk. This is one of the best kept secrets In Cancun and very quiet. Great Location

The host was very quick to respond to my several inquiries and flexible to both our schedules. This place is perfect if you want to wake up steps from the beach to a beautiful view. Close to a supermarket and Oxxo. The area felt very safe.

The very BEST beach condo

My family's deep love for beaches has taken us to countless shores; yet, among them all, this property truly shines as the absolute BEST! When I first laid eyes on this condo, I was immediately captivated by its beautiful pictures showcasing the beach and the rooms. I wasn't certain if it would live up to its promise in real life. However, upon our arrival, we were left in awe by the breathtaking beauty of the beach and the spacious, immaculately clean two-story condo. The reality far surpassed the allure of those images. The room, which was impeccably clean and conveniently located right on the beach, was thoughtfully equipped with nearly everything you need to kickstart your vacation. A grocery store is just a short walk away, and the swimming pools are clean and uncrowded. The beach is stunning and tranquil. Having been to Cancun twice before, I can confidently say that this beach ranks among the best I've seen in the Hotel Zone. Despite its proximity to a public beach, it maintains a peaceful and calm atmosphere. I highly, highly recommend it for families who love the beach. I would like to extend a special thank you to Agustin, the owner. His excellent communication skills, along with his consistently prompt and attentive responses, truly stood out and enhanced our experience even further.
