Considered one of Canberra’s landmark developments, this ground floor studio apartment in the BASE 241 complex is conveniently located along Northbourne Avenue, Canberra`s entry corridor. This modern studio apartment provides industrial design, with double glazed windows, ducted heating and cooling, free wifi and a large smart TV.
BEDROOM:
This studio has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower, and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- crockery and cutlery
- electric kettle
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a large Smart TV with a cosy couch that you can use. The TV has access to all local channels.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
BALCONY:
The balcony is facing De Burgh Street.
PARKING:
Parking is NOT available for this studio.
COMMON AREA:
Please use the fob in accessing the pool on the 9th floor.
There is a shared access main door, to enter both the 101 apartment and the 101a studio apartment. After entering this, you will see two entrance doors to these two separate apartments. Access to this `101a` studio apartment is clearly numbered on the door. Guests are to be considerate of the people who are staying in the 1 bedroom apartment next door, and ensure there is no excessive noise or disturbance to these guests or any other tenants or guests in the complex.
Due to the pandemic, common areas (i.e. pool) may be closed without prior notice. Please refer to the updated guidelines and announcements in the premises at the time of your arrival.
Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge
The keys are located offsite at `23 Lonsdale Street, Braddon` (beside `On Lonsdale Café`), 1.8km from your accommodation.
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
