「Comfy beds but cheap bedding/pillows/sheets etc. Balcony waa disgusting and dirty however everything else was very clean. Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment. Only one access key provided. Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff. Overall a lovely place.」

"キングベッドとシングルの部屋を予約したが、キングベッドはシングルを２つくっつけたものだし、シングルの方はベッドがかなり沈み寝れるレベルではありませんでした。 部屋交換を希望したが満室で対応されず他の提案もされませんでした。 また自分からバシネットがあるか聞き対応してくれたものの、ベビーサークルみたいなものにシーツを引いただけで、6ヶ月未満のの赤ちゃんには出し入れが大変で結構使えず渋々3人でキングサイズで寝る事にしました。 ロビーのバーエリアは雰囲気良かったが、これだけの値段出すなら他のホテルでもよかったかなと思いました"
