Offered value for money ,especially for what we needed which was a cheap and convenient option when visiting friends. Nice to have a room for a family of 5. Room was a little tired in general but not too bad for the price. Only downside was that there was pretty significant drilling / noise from major work on the reception area,which we were not notified about as guests. Was pretty loud from early on in the morning

Stayed here today and had a really lovely experience. The staff were friendly and the customer service was great. Free parking was a big plus, and everything you’d need was provided — even cutlery, which was a nice surprise. The hot shower was perfect, and there were extras like a TV, iron, and ironing board (didn’t use them, but good to have). Overall, a really comfortable stay — I’d definitely come back if I’m in Canberra again!

Positives: Very quiet and peaceful. Plenty of onsite parking. Negatives: Had to go up and down the outside stairs in the pouring rain to take my luggage up to the room from my car. Got quite wet. The mattress was very firm. Did not sleep very well the first few nights. The grout between a lot of the tiles in the shower cubicle was riddled with black mould. A good dose of bleach or domestos was definitely needed. The carpet is in need of a clean. There were many dirty patches and spots from spills. No instructions for the aircon controller.
