"We had a wonderful stay at Mountain View Resort and Suites at Fairmont Hot Springs! We celebrated our daughter’s birthday here, and it was such a special and memorable experience for our family. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was perfect being so close to the hot springs. We’ll definitely be back!"

"This unit was properly managed by Nomatics and they did a great job of ensuring the room was well equipped, clean and easy to access and use. The unit is showing signs of age but I felt this is reflected in the price and the unit is good value for money."

"The only positive on this home was the layout as there was plenty of room for our family.The house itself is in very poor condition and has a very strong odor; we suspect from mold which is visible on various windows and sliding door. Bathroom sinks are leaking, shower head in master ensuite blew apart, dishwasher was not working. The water itself was not drinkable as it had a stale taste to it. The house was dirty, couches and carpet is stained and many surfaces showed dust. We will not stay here again, nor recommend this house to anyone"
