「The receptionist was wonderful.
The Expedia App indicated that our chosen room was pet friendly but did not give me an option to add our pet to the reservation. When we arrived our room was not one of their pet friendly rooms. The receptionist quickly and pleasantly addressed the problem and our pet stayed with us instead of in our car.
We arrived at 10pm. At 7am she was back on duty, pleasantly checking us out despite her fatigue. 」
