It started out as a disaster. The room had no Wi-Fi and a shower that did not work. The next room had a TV that did not work. Finally, the 3rd attempt proved successful. Everything worked properly and it was a very enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, there is a lot that needs to be repaired or upgraded for this to be a great hotel again. Fortunately, they have a good staff willing to help and make the stay enjoyable. The free breakfast left a lot to be desired, but again the people working there made it a pleasant experience. They need new TVs in most rooms, new shower fitting, better Wi-Fi routers and/or extenders, and new batteries for the door locks. Even with the problems, I would still consider staying again if I could get one of the few good rooms.

Centrally located

I booked the one without the window so sometimes feel enclosed. The room was large enough with good size bathroom. Clean room and fresh smelling towels everyday. Very centrally located. Buffet breakfast is good. Lots of options to choose from. It is a yes for me.

This is not a 3 stars hotel as being advertised. Location is good but the hotel is very poor maintained. Everything looks old. There’s broken door and sink cabinet in the bathroom. The hotel offers free breakfast but nothing much to be served. I wouldn’t recommend any one staying here. Hotels.com should check the facilities carefully before rating it as 3 stars.

Poor hotel condition - Uncleaned

The hotel is rated 3 star but the cleanliness and quality is worse than 2 star hotel. The bathroom is yuck, very gross. I booked a Deluxe room which I paid more than Standard room, but quality of the room is TERRIBLE. The AC is dead that has no cool air at all in the room when it's 80 degree.

worth

new cafe just open next door, night market / jetty outside the hotel, many restaurants nearby. cinema/shopping mall 5 min walk from hotel. condition of the hotel outdated but then worth with the price paid. wifi is ok. room with tv (with english programme), fridge, kettle (not clean), tea and coffee provided. bed and pillow are comfort. breakfast the same everyday. air cond is noisy. noisy from the group customers who shout at the corridor also.

チェックイン時の男性スタッフは、フォンディエンの水上マーケットに行きたいと相談したら、遠いからやめた方がよいとの回答で、ゲストの意を汲む姿勢が最初から見られなかった。 地図をくれた上、スーパーマーケットとオススメのメシ屋を教えてくれたが、メシ屋は高く、しかもあまり美味くなかった。 チェックアウト時の女性スタッフの感じがよかっただけに、チェックイン時のおやじが残念。 次回は、別のホテルを手配する。

朝食付き2600円ほどで泊まれたのでとても良かったです。この値段ならまた泊まりたいです。近くに夜店が出る通りやショッピングセンターもあります(大きなスーパーマーケットが入っています)

A so-so stay

When I first arrived, I didn't have help with the luggage to the room. The staff wasn't friendly until I gave them tips. The breakfast had a few different food items, but the same for the two days that I stayed. The place is conveniently located next to the night market and the Ninh Kieu area.

このホテルは、昔からの老舗のホテルという漢字。場所か、カントーのなかでは、非常に便がよい。ホーチミンであれば高級ホテルの類いになるのだろうが、カントーなので、コストも安く庶民のホテルになっている。

Poor service and facilities

We checked in 2 rooms, TV in both rooms didnt work, poor signal. Air conditioners were horrible 27-29C. Mantaince checked and told us their air-con has 2 programme and we needed to wait 5-10mins for room to cool down. Half an hours, rooms were still 27C and 29C. We asked to change new rooms. Air con were ok in both new room but TV still didnt work. Never come back.

フローティングマーケットの際に

カントーでフローティングマーケットを見に行くために宿泊。 １泊3500円程度でベトナムの田舎としては高め。 立地はナイトマーケットも近く、スーパーも市場も近く良い立地！ フローティングマーケットもホテルのツアーデスクで船をチャーターできる。 色んなプランがあるが、一番安価なカイランで、英語ガイド無しであれば５名までで１隻460,000VND(約2300円)と格安！
