「Staff went out their way to accommodate me and the room was modern and clean, truly enjoyed my stay」

「Ok」

「Can't realy complain to much as very cheap but I only stayed 3 nights of my booking, had a few issues and staff did what they could」

「The shower is broken and there is no hot water. I have to shower in cold.」

「I booked an Elite Twin Room, City View for 2 nights at this accommodation. When we're about to checked in the middle of the night, they told us that they were overbooked. They said they didn't see my reservation or maybe they sold my room to other people. I was so angry and cancelled my stay here and asked for a refund from Expedia. Luckily the Expedia agent was very helpful and proceed my refund right away after confirming to the accommodation. I booked a grab car from the airport to this...

「Bed was not a bed. It was an elevated futon. 」

「It’s a self-service apartment. Decent room. Access to the room was quite surprising as the staircase to the apartment is through a local eatery. 」
