「お部屋はとても広く、十分に綺麗でベットも快適です。一方一瞬しか利用できなかったWi-Fiについてはクレームしてもチェックアウトまで約16時間一切の返信なく、とても残念な対応でした。 廊下は、隣の部屋にお住まいの小さなお子さんの遊び場と化しており、夜以外ずっとうるさい事を覚悟しなければなりません。また窓を開けていると、度々下の階からのたばこ臭が入ってくることにも忍耐が必要です。 結論として、部屋は良いのですが、外国の方にはお勧め出来ません。」

「Very disappointing experience. The hotel is beautiful, but the service was terrible. I booked an ocean-view room, but all I could see was another building. When I asked the staff, they said it was because my room was on the third floor, even though I paid for an ocean view. The first room was unacceptable, and I asked for a refund, but the hotel refused. My family also had to leave after the second night, and we ended up booking another hotel.
