「Friendly」

「Could not use all waterpark.」

「Pros: I like the room/cottage style; it's quiet; there's a swimming pool; there's a big garden for relaxing. Cons: The location is a bit away from the city center (quite difficult for public transportation); bad WiFi connection Suggestions for improvements: types of mosquito next use in the room (not the round one but the square one); lower the price of the transportation service.」

「Everything good」

「Room was okay but I wish they clean it the next day, like what they said you get what you paid」

「We chose this resort because the tripadvisor had good reviews but I don't know the reason well. The location is good but the room facsilities are not well maintained. The room was very small and hard to open the suitcase inside. The shower was not working well. The wifi was mostly not working during whole stay. It took more than 20 minutes to serve the breakfast after ordering. In total it's not bad but not worth for the room rate.」

「I really didn’t understand how this place was rated a 10 by previous guests. The attendants or owner that work there were rude except for the cook lady. The young boy and the young girl were rude about parking even though our driver was only dropping us off and he will park on the allotted parking place which not even paved. The atmosphere itself was not welcoming. There was no place for front desk. When we got there no one came to welcome us, we had to search ourselves to find someone to...

「The staff are extremely helpful and very respectful.」

「Lovely place and incredible pool. Staff was very helpful. Very large facility and isolated from other things to do outside of resort. Need to take Tuktuks or taxis everywhere. Hotel was able to arrange transportation with very helpful driver/guide.」

「水の出が悪すぎる シャワーのホースからも水がもれてる」

「Every one great. Air conditioning and fan minus 5 stars. Air-conditioning on all time never felt. 」
