"The host was very helpful. We were coming to town for a wedding and I was tasked with providing lunch for the wedding party Our host was so accommodating by letting me use coolers and making sure the kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils I needed. The communication was super helpful. We would have loved to stay longer to enjoy the property- really beautiful."

"The stay at this guest house on a pecan farm was a wonderful experience with all the comforts of home. New appliances, plumbing and bath fixtures. Great back enclosed porch facing the Brazos River valley, we watched the bright stars unobstructed by city lights and enjoyed the absolute silence of the central Texas country. We hope to retun to this womderful place again."

"The home was not clean and had ants. It smells like smoke so much so that even my luggage smelled like smoke. The neighborhood is not great. Definitely not worth the price. When I brought the ants and the fact that the house was not cleaned to the manager’s attention …they did spray for ants and clean up. The manager was helpful but I would not stay here again. The smoke smell was awful."

"Just the right size for my husband and I. Came in for the art show in bryan. Price was very reasonable and we asked for an extended checkout time, which they happily accommodated. Bed was comfortable and AC worked nicely as i do like it cold at night. Area is very quiet and peaceful and close to A&M but away from the congestion. Would definitely recommend."

"Took my elderly mom on a trip to Caldwell, she grew up there and wanted to see it one last time. We had a bad experience a few years ago with a local motel so thought i would look on VRBO. This place is perfect!! Very clean, very nice, relaxing. If ever that way again, will definitely stay again, and highly recommended!"

"My husband and I just got back from Wine Down Acres and we’re already talking about our next stay there. The house was clean, the property well taken care of, and the hosts were very friendly. Our dogs enjoyed running around the property and swimming in the pond. We didn’t bring fishing gear this time, but next time we will, as the pond was well stocked with fish.
