"Staff were professional and friendly. Our birthday girl received a fruit basket and a beautiful handwritten card. Another one of our party received macaroons as a welcome gift as well. This is a beautiful touch and we really appreciated it. Property was well maintained and clean. Lovely and upscale decor. Lobby was clean and inviting. Room was a good size, bathroom was large, shower was incredible with the rainfall shower head on the ceiling! Great lighting in the bathroom. Bed was relatively comfortable. Sofa bed mattress was thin but not completely uncomfortable. The breakfast and parking are extra. Not unreasonable but not included. "

"We always read the reviews. Cleanliness was mentioned in every one but the location is great, it’s next to the MIT museum and campus. We were there for our granddaughter’s rowing race against MIT . The Kendall MBTA stop is less than one block making travel to and from downtown Boston and Cambridge easy. We stayed on the 7th floor where there is a solarium that’s open with your pass fab, nice spot . The breakfast was excellent for a small hotel buffet. So we will go back and stay for the next race on the Charles . "

"Room was well cleaned with fresh towels daily. There is a water bottle filler in the lobby too. Our breakfast was included. The buffet was continually replenished with a variety of options and Starbucks coffee/tea was available. All staff was professional, friendly and helpful. If you need to store your luggage they do so in a locked room at the front desk."
