"Perfect central location. The room was fantastic. Best hotel I have used in Cambridge (and I stay in Cambridge frequently)."

"The room is with nice deco, clean and spacious. Very comfortable. However, the breakfast is far from standard. For example, fried eggs were as tough as rubber and I couldn’t cut them with knife, sausages were dry and also difficult to cut. I had just eaten one slice of toast and that’s it. Other food were left on the plate. Seriously breakfast needs to have big improvement. "

Specific problem in my mother’s room with no hot water from sink despite getting reception to look at this. Also an issue with wet patch on carpet on floor of room, which got larger during stay."
