"They never got me after hours check in information so we ended up stranded at the airport. After the fact, I found an attempt to call me once through “WhatsApp”. They had my email and we had corresponded through it previously, but they did not attempt to contact me through it or messaging to gain information they may have needed or to give me directions on hotel accommodations. The sofa was stained and curtain rail fell of three times. Kitchen hasnt got basic utensils. Couldn’t get into the apartment on multiple occasions but customer service were always helpful. "

"My 2nd room was lovely, clean, well-decorated and cosy. I had initially been put in a room with a bit of a fug about it and a broken TV so first impression wasn't great. The lovely guy on reception moved me to a great room which I can't fault at all. Would definitely stay again."

"Great location by airport. Double pained windows with space between to block out plane noise. We were on the 2nd floor saw many planes take off. Beds were soft and Featherly, bathroom nice and large with shower/bath combo. We were exhausted after a long train ride from Paris, and we ate dinner there, very good food. Exactly the high standard you would expect from a Hyatt."
