"Check in was a multiple step situation. No taxi had any idea where the building was. It's unmarked. Lights in kitchen didn't work. Shower tiles falling off, shower itself was leaking from both the main connection and along the pipe. Blinds were in disrepair, the ceiling in R2 (where I was) looks like someone stuck used floorboards on it, possibly to mask mould. I'd probably had better conditions in a trailer."

"The host goes above and beyond to create a really comfortable environment for travelers. So much attention to detail to make it a relaxing stay. Having things like tea, coffee, breakfast, snacks available when traveling as a family of 6 was beyond helpful! It gave us space to laugh, sort our luggage and rest before we flew out from Heathrow the next day. I also left my kindle behind, the team found it quickly and very kindly posted it to my UK address.
