Não tem o que falar negativamente sobre o parador, lugar acima da media ate mesmo para hoteis boutiques, atendimento diferenciado, restaurante do hotel um caso a parte em qualidade, lençois, toalhas, cama, travesseiro tudo da melhor qualidade. A propriedade é maravilhosa e bem organizada.

Esse hotel é realmente uma experiência incrível, o lugar é lindo, cheio de paz e natureza. Desde que chegamos nos sentimos em casa, sendo que os funcionários são prestativos e gentis. O restaurante Alma também é uma maravilha, todos os pratos que provamos foram servidos com muito carinho, dedicação e, principalmente, com sabor impecável! Destaque para os colaboradores Júlia, Nicolas e Cleonice. Os passeios na fazenda são muito legais também. Fizemos a cavalgada, a qual recomendo muito!

O lugar é muito bonito, com um rio que passa logo a frente de algumas cabanas, a estrutura toda do hotel é incrivel, fiquei na cabana mais simples, é confortavel mas um pouco apertada para um casal, tem aquecimento, ótimo chuveiro, toalhas macias. O atendimento é excelente, piscina com ótima vista para o por do sol. O restaurante é um caso a parte, de alta qualidade. O café da manha segue o mesmo padrão.

Perfeito! Limpeza, atendimento nota10, área do hotel é linda. Só achei o ar condicionado extremamente barulhento mas conseguimos desenrolar colocando um pedaco de papel fazendo parar de trepidar e também senti falta de opções de lanches leves para quem não quer jantar no cardápio do bar.

Excelente opção para estadia para visita aos Parques Nacionais de Aparados da Serra e Serra Geral, em região de campo, com vista para rio, local muito bonito, hotel e acomodações rústicas mas sofisticadas, excelente atendimento por parte de toda a equipe, boa área para relaxar ao final da tarde com piscina aquecida, sauna e spa, gastronomia contemporânea, bom café da manhã e ótimo lanche da tarde. Nenhum ponto negativo a considerar, recomendado.

Maravilhoso! Voltaria 1000 vezes.

Tudo muito bonito e bem cuidado. A atenção aos detalhes, tais como chocolatinhos e garrafa de água na cabeceira da cama de noite, arranjos de flores novos todos os dias, frigobar incluído com reposição diária, ambiente cheiroso e amenidades da loccitane, faz a estadia ainda mais especial. Todos os funcionários foram extremamente gentis e eficientes. Teve até decoração especial para o Halloween, com docinhos na mesa da sala de estar para os hóspedes. A única sugestão que tenho é que haja a possibilidade de fechar a sacada do bangalô para trazer mais privacidade à jacuzzi. Já quero voltar para mais dias de descanso naquele lugar lindo!
