Bom dia. Infelizmente, há necessidade de informar pontos negativos, haja vista outros saberem e se informar melhor sobre estada em hotéis. Qdo vou fazer reservas gosto de observar os comentários. 1-Pontos Positivos: Hotel extremamente limpo, quartos grandes, estacionamento espetacular, grande, localização sensacional, perto de tudo... 2-Pontos Negativos: São três. Péssimo café da manhã sobre todos os aspectos (tinha pão de tudo que é forma, bisnaga, francês,etc), suco não natural, de horríveis polpas, não tinha nenhum salgado sem calabreza e bacon ( muitos hóspedes não comem. SIMPLES DEMAIS, VARIEDADES PÉSSIMAS). Pelo preço pago, era obrigação ser melhor; os atendentes ficam meio de cabeça baixa sem cumprimentar e a saída do estacionamento é horrível para carros baixos como o Honda City , aí bate a frente, haja vista o asfalto é alto.

Nunca esteve tao precária as instalacoes! Ao chegarmos, solicitamos cobertas e disseram q nao tinham! Fomos utilizar o banheiro e a pia estava entupida! O quarto tinha cheiro de mofo! No cafe da manhã, faltavam alimentos na mesa! Quase todas as bandejas estavam sem reposicao! Péssima experiência tivemos desta vez! Lk valor da diária, esperava um atendinento e estrututa melhor! Vai demorar eu retornar aqui!

A estadia correu tudo bem, gosto do hotel e está muito bem localizado para mim que uso o Aeroporto. A única coisa que deixa a desejar é o café da manhã. O café da manhã é muito fraco pela estrutura que o hotel tem, deixa a desejar.

Pequenas mudanças podem fazer uma grande diferença

Desta vez fiquei em outro quarto e notei algumas diferenças negativas e gostaria de sugerir melhorias: - travesseiro terrível me deu torcicolo na 1a noite (na outra viagem estávamos de carro e levamos travesseiros de casa) - o banheiro não ter box (incompreensível pelo padrão do hotel); - ar condicionado do tipo split direcionado em cima da cama (não sei se é possível resolver) Mas no geral continuo gostando do hotel, que tem uma excelente localização, extremamente limpo e preço justo.

Já é a segunda vez que me hospedo no Flamboyant. Os quartos são enormes e confortáveis e a localização do hotel é ótima. A ducha também é excelente pra relaxar depois de um dia de trabalho.
