「We were disappointed when we arrived to see a room that did not reflect at all what is shown on the site. Towels were dingy, floor was dirty, the carpet runner in front of the bath room was dirty. The bed was uncomfortable. The few dingy utensils there were we did not touch. We are experienced travelers and this felt like a thrird-world experience. 「The room was clean and recently updated. The kitchen area was well-furnished, but lacked any lighting besides an overhead, very bright light. It would have been nice to have a small light to leave on when we left for the afternoon and evening.
