「1100 plus rooms but no way to check in before the 2:00 time line as “your room is not ready” was the answer for 90 minutes. The place was so empty and quiet they shut down the restaurant and kiosk. If you look close you can see the dirt. So don’t look too closely」

「T.V. did not work.」

「Check-in was not smooth」

「Such a wonderful experience staying here. It’s a brand new property, absolutely immaculate. We spent one night there and regret not being able to stay longer. We booked one of their signature “The Level” suites and with sweeping views of the mountains and sea. The staff were very attentive to our needs and made us feel truly welcome especially Hai Vy who checked us in and Thanh Thanh who checked us out. Breakfast was delicious as well! Will definitely come again!」

「The beach had restricted access. I wasn’t sure whether it was because of the strong tides or the lack of lifeguards.」

「There were several instances where the staff’s limited English led to repeated follow-up calls for clarification. Additionally, some information was changed again at check-in, causing confusion. The accommodation also had a noticeable issue with ants and other insects.」

「The hotel was good , clean and the staff was great. The location not so great . Poor side of town it seemed」

「we enjoy our stay the villa was nice and well equipped..」

「This place is along the fishing peninsula. The room was nice and clean. Staff rented me a scooter for around $5 a day so that I could ride around the peninsula and check out some of the islands that are near by. Run by a very friendly family.」

「Nice view. Beef salad at the restaurant was awesome!」
