Lovely hotel, lovely location, breakfast was excellent. The evening meals were luke warm and the choice was limited especially for vegetarians so we ate out a few evenings. Overall a great holiday, we would stay again and recommend to other.

Lovely hotel in a great location

Really enjoyed our stay here, very clean rooms with great views, comfy beds, and great service from the staff at the hotel. The buffet breakfast was really nice and we paid for buffet dinners during our stay which were very reasonably priced and great choice! There’s plenty of space and bars, very relaxing and would use stay again

Great hotel. My partner is a coeliac and the separate gluten free area at breakfast was great. Only thing, the front rooms can be loud at night, as expected for this location though being literally just off the beach

Nice chilled atmosphere, most staff friendly, nice and clean, good selection of food for breakfast. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was for adults only and the steam room, sauna and jacuzzi, unfortunately the steam room didn't work the whole time I was there, the sauna was so hot that I couldn't sit on the wooden slats and the jacuzzi was cold. I mentioned it several times to reception who said the steam room was working now, but in fact it didn't. I have stayed at this hotel twice before and everything was working, its a bit of a let down this time. The manager needs to sort the staff out so somebody regularly checks everything is working.

Pretty nice

I enjoyed my 3 nights here. The staff were pretty nice and even left a note under my door on my birthday with a couple of drinks for free at the bar included. The breakfast was very good and the location good. The pool was all nice but I didn't use it. A good choice in Palmanova.

This was my second time here and it was just as lovely as before. Very relaxing and quiet. The staff are very helpful and friendly which made my stay as a solo traveller so much better. Loved my room which was big and had a nice balcony next to some of the swim up rooms. Breakfast was yummy every morning and dinner had a nice variety. I'll be back again!

Lovely hotel. We upgraded to a sea view privelege room which was lovely and also gave you the benefit of access to the sky lounge area which was lovely but unfortunately the pool wasn't cleaned like the main pools were and the bar wasn't open there in order to get a drink. Maybe would be in peak season. Would stay again though.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. We really loved the room and the view of the pool. The pool deck was always clean and there were many seating options. The buffet breakfast and dinner were both very good. Lots of options. The only thing that I would say could improve is the hand soap. It smells terrible. But that’s just a tiny detail. I will definitely be coming back to stay at Reverence Mare again.

The opening hours of the pool and gym are really too short. Would have liked to swim a round before breakfast or after a day at the beach. But it was like from 10 am to 6 pm. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Summer holiday for couple

In general a good hotel. Vey good location and nice rooms, especially the rooms with sea view. Our main concern was the cleaning of the rooms which were not up to standards. One day cleaning was totally missed and another we didn't get any towels, also the standard of the cleaning that was performed was not top notch... Each time we had to tell the reception and after our complaints they fixed each issue. Although, quite annoying and time consuming to have to visit the reception every other day to complain on cleaning. Could have been done correct first time. Breakfast buffet was ok, not better than that. Main problem is that the warm buffet was never really warm. But to conclude, we had a very nice stay regardless the issues we faced. Also, must add that the reception staff was always very friendly and helpful!

Paid extra for an ‘ocean front’ room to be put in the building on the road behind. Manager said there is no such thing as an ocean front room even though it clearly stated on my reservation that this is what I had purchased. There were 3 comfort room options the first basic, the second with sea view or the third and more expensive ocean front. I paid the extra but did not have what I paid for. The manager was not helpful and was even sarcastic saying I could see the sea, laughing it was not an Ocean! I did not say it was an ocean the hotel had worded it as ocean front on my reservation so there was no need to mock me. She then blames Expedia for wording it wrong. I have filed a complaint with Expedia but no response!

Sehr angenehm war die Privatterrasse mit eigenem flachen Pool. Die Aussicht auf das Meer war sehr schön. Der Service war sehr freundlich und flexibel. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und qualitativ wirklich gut. Man kann sich durchaus in diesem Hotel erholen. Von daher ist dieses Hotel absolut zu empfehlen. Wir können uns durchaus einen weiteren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel vorstellen. Der Ort könnte vielleicht etwas attraktiver sein.

A very stylish hotel, clean , convenient with fabulous food. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely use again. One small complaint - on booking I did request a twin room rather than a double, the room we were allocated had a large kingsize bed.
