It is so close to being the perfect high-end micro hotel it wants to be, that it is such a shame that it misses the mark. The hotel has no staff from noon to 4:30. You cannot arrive between those times and to make matters worse they will charge you if you arrive earlier and want to check in. "We stayed three nights. The room had dust on the floor and I stepped on a toe nail (not mine) in the bathroom. The bathroom floor tiles were badly cracked. The shower over bath had no screen. Breakfast was ok - not great but ok. Staff were ok. The AC came on automatically what appeared to be randomly. Overall, hotel seemed a bit shabby. We should have stayed in the old town."
