"Definitely did not reflect the ratings we read before booking. Less than are bare bones: no cups for coffee(or heating water), no hairdryer, no iron or ironing board, no hangers for clothing, only one chair in a king-size room, towels were extremely thin and the water pressure was minimal. Would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it."

"The less-than-stellar reviews surprise me. Yes, the rooms could use some updating. But all the positives extremely outweigh this: - Big rooms with very comfy bedding and pillows. No problem with finding available outlets (someone else mentioned the lack of outlets but that wasn’t the case in my room) - TV with lots of channels (yes, channel guide is on a printed paper but I’d rather have that then stay at a hotel where their TV service barely worked/no guide) - Fast elevators - Beautiful lobby with very helpful staff - Multiple places to eat/grab food to bring up to your room. Breakfast buffet was yummy! - Gift shop/deli has almost everything you might need while traveling with friendly workers. - Shuttle service: on time, nice drivers I would absolutely stay here again!"

"Good breakfast menu, but for parking there was a fee charged with no responsibility for damages. Which doesn’t make sense. If we pay extra money for parking at the site they should have the security."

"Worst place ever! This is not a 3-star hotel; it’s a 1/2 star nightmare! Bed bugs! Ripped bedspreads! Stained sheets! Tripping hazards on stairs- screws and metal sticking up, mold visible on vents, our window wouldn’t close, chips in the paint, stained carpets and the room smelled moldy! The outside of the hotel is dark and there is no light. Took us three times driving around to find it. We ended up cancelling our booking with hotels.com and going next door to holiday inn express at midnight after driving four hours! They tried to get us to stay and told us themselves that the place was “just ok. Either you love it or hate it”. We asked for a refund but were told we couldn’t even check out until 1am when they did their “audit”. The guard told us the pictures on hotels.com and the internet are from 20 years ago!!!! Worst experience ever! Completely false advertising!!!!"

"Fullerton Lodge is Not 5:Star , It's Clean, No Bugs, It's the closest place to stay to DOWNTOWN Fullerton. It's safe, vehicles are Safe, walk to costco, Starbucks, In N Out. It's affordable, Clean, Safe"

"Unfortunately we had to checkout in the middle of the night due to bed bugs/ some sort of infestation in the bed. Front desk said that she was going to refund us but never did. "
