It was perfect for my long stay because my wife was hospitalized in Imabanaco clinic,just 2 blocks away. Fe Friendly staff,also assisted me with the laundry.

Stayed here for 10 days, it was a great experience. It was comfortable and close to what I needed. Gary in the front desk made the experience exceptional. His customer service skills are out of this world and beyond pleasing. Would definitely recommend.

Fue muy caro para lo que era. A otra persona para el mismo día le cobraron casi 50% menos se aprovecharon. El lugar está cerca al estadio. El baño no estaba totalmente limpio y las toallas percudidas.

The cleaning is horrible, they use the same towel to clean everything and everything smells horrible. Also, they clean the bathroom in seconds, wiping away the dirty towels that are left to be changed. The bathroom is dirty and the shower doesn't clean at all. This hotel has a kitchen but the cleaning is so horrible that I wouldn't dare cook anything!!

The property is very modern and has a wonderful view of the three crosses as well as local parrots that can be easily seen from the balcony. Great staff!

First day they put me in a room next to a garage, dark and with no windows to outside. At night I could hear the garage door opening, awful noise! Next morning I asked to be moved to another room. It didn't happen until two days later. I was sent to 501 room, which was well illuminated and had a good view to the hills, however the toilet was broken. I reported the problem and asked to be moved, but they refused. The damage continued and the manager blamed me for throwing toilet paper into the bowl (and where else should I throw the paper?) then they called the plumber, who said "found" a shampoo lid inside the toilet. The manager (young woman) basically blamed me for thrown the lid into the cup! I was furious! However, two other hotel employees told me that the previous guests on that room were the ones who had clogged the toilet; meaning the hotel was aware of the damage but nobody did anything to help me. The toilet worked okay for 2 days but it clogged again. I spent a week reporting a problem! At the end the hotel left me a plunger (I guess for me to fix it!) I opted for use the bathroom somewhere else and even had to use the front desk’s restroom. This was unacceptable for a hotel. This hotel location is central but is not safe. The noise is unbearable, I heard ambulances all night and the building has very thin walls. You can hear everything, from people’s conversations, music, and even a blender they used next door. My stay was a complete nightmare!
