"This was my 3rd time staying at this hotel. The hotel is very clean, excellent and helpful staff (I can't comment on english ability because I speak spanish), good location with a very good and enconomical restaurant. I totally recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great value for you money. One trick for the hot water, you need to turn the hot water tap on and off quickly about 4 or 5 times to allow for constant hot water flow. I"

"Arco might not look like much from the outside but, once you are inside the rooms are very spacious and well decorated. The rooms have fridges, stoves, microwaves, fast internet, hot water, ac and comfortable beds. The hosts were very friendly and helpful as well. "Great little hotel for the price close to the main avenue la Sexta, has a shopping center 2 minutes away with drugstores which comes in handy, restaurants and a few cafes including Juan Valdez for that morning fix. Owner is very helpful and staff was really nice!"

"I had such a great time in this place. The owner was very kind, courteous and attentive. The housekeeping was on point. The place is very spacious, clean, modern and very very close to everything around it in walking distance. The only thing was the in unit wifi was choppy but it didnt change my opinion of the property at all. I am booking this unit again next time i am in Cali! "
