Kim was the most fantastic host I’ve ever had!! She maintains the Inn all on her own and does a great job making sure everything is handled in a timely manner, as well as making sure you feel so welcomed and comfortable. She was also great to have conversations with and is the sweetest lady with the biggest heart. She made sure my friends and I had everything we needed while we were staying in town for a music festival, and she was very easy to communicate with. I will absolutely be staying here again!! I recommend this Inn to everyone without hesitation.

This inn was perfect for our week long stay in Calgary. We had a beautiful room and the owners were extremely helpful, generous and accommodating. It's a 15 minute walk to downtown along the river and right by running and bike paths.

The property was beautiful, and Kim was so sweet! It was a very nice alternative to a typical hotel room. I didn’t even get to take advantage of the mini putt or the hammocks, but I will be back another time!

This is an interesting property to stay at. Not really a hotel, more of a big house with private rooms. The pros include the neighbourhood and well maintained property. Some of the cons were it was hot in the room but when you open the windows it’s incredibly loud from traffic, you can hear housemates moving around quite clearly, and while the room was clean it could use some attention - I found a rock hard old muffin in the mini fridge and the main light fixture in the room was full of dead bugs. I appreciate the care the owners put into the property but I would likely not stay here again.

The owner was lovely and very and she made me a Vietnamese bun fresh from the oven which was to die for. My room was cozy and clean but my shower hadn't been cleaned. Parking is free.

This hotel is an early 1900 type estate home that has been flawlessly renewed . Our room was very spacious with 5 to 6 person, covered, stone floored balcony and fireplace and kitchenette Suites or smaller rooms also Hardwood flooring throughout,beautiful and welcoming kitchen The owners are friendly and know the area and its services,a traditional neighborhood business area,and trendy shopping both in short drive or medium walk from hotel Spacious private backyard with covered deck and 2 putting greens for guests I dont believe there is a better place to stay in Calgary

Sauberes Zimmer, ich habe unerwartet ein Upgrade bekommen, was mich sehr gefreut hat. Ich wurde sehr nett empfangen, die Dame des Hauses hat alles super erklärt. Getränke gibt es jederzeit umsonst, das habe ich sehr geschätzt.

Kim and her husband are amazing hospitality naturals. This is more of a B&B than a hotel. I had everything I needed for my 3 night stay. Kim and her husband had a lovely breakfast prepared every morning, and were very kind with the way they checked in on me. It felt like I was staying with family or friends. Their kitchen is always stocked with snacks, coffee, soda, and water and they gave great travel advice. I did not drive but it looked like there was plenty of street parking. Would definitely stay here again!

The initial welcome was excellent. Access and parking at the property was well explained. Our bags were retrieved from our car and delivered to our room. The rooms were almost soundproof through the night in spite of being just off of memorial drive. A reasonable walk to the Kensington shopping and entertainment district. The hostess, Kim, was very friendly and helpful with the breakfast offerings in the morning. We have no problem in recommending this B&B to anyone visiting Calgary.

The room is just a private residence room converted to be a bedroom with ensuite. This was clear due to the unfinished washer-dryer alcove. There was no desk to work on, not even a small one. It was heavily scented with an oil diffuser which gave me a headache right away and I am not normally susceptible to such things. There was no in-room information on the hotel, amenities, wifi password, policies, etc. All in all quite amateur.

I have never experienced such a warm welcome. The couple who run the Inn are fantastic and couldn’t do enough to help. They were good enough to provide me a complimentary breakfast. The accommodation itself was very clean and tidy. The owner has created a spectacular environment with wooden floors, panelling and cabinetry that he made himself. They were able to provide me with secure parking for my motorcycle and they also allowed me to leave one of my suitcases at their premises for a week while I travelled elsewhere. My room was below ground and was very comfortable and most importantly was quiet. It had its own bathroom and all the amenities that I needed. Although, they also provided much superior rooms and gave me the choice of which room to take. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any traveller and I hope to use them again in the future.
