Stay together in this quiet, spacious, tree-lined family home complete with a variety of games - foosball, poker table, board games, puzzles, games table, 3 TVs, and a yoga/meditation room.

This home has a very unique layout and will truly make it feel like your home away from home!

Centrally located, just 10 minutes from downtown. Plenty of free street parking and two available spots on the drive way.

This home has a very unique layout! Once you step through the doors, you will find a mini fridge with beverages awaiting you. To the left, you will find the first living room which has a pull out couch that sleeps 2, or continue down the hall where it will connect to a full kitchen, a yoga/meditation room, a dining area, half bath, workstation and even a second living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a wide selection of specialty syrups to be your own barista. There is a dishwasher, full size fridge, stove, oven, microware, toaster, toaster over, pots and pans and everything you need to prepares meals.

Follow down an additional section to the home, find a reading nook by the window, and stairs that go up to the games room.

Upon entry, to the right, take the curved stairs up to find the upper bedrooms. There is 1 master suite with a walk-in closet, robes to use during your stay, an ensuite with soaker tub and a small balcony that overlooks the backyard where you can sip on coffee.

Find two more bedrooms on the same level and another full bath.

This home will truly make it feel like your home away from home.

Calgary Stay

My family and I enjoyed this home. We were so comfortable. We used all 3 bedrooms and all beds were so comfortable, we slept well. The neighborhood was peaceful. There are several restaurants within walking distance and a brewery that we walked to and enjoyed. There is a grocery store a few minutes minutes away minutes g, owner.

Excellent place for families

Property is beautiful! clean and fully stocked! Games room was so great for connecting and enjoying our families company. Many special touches. Welcome snacks and an info paper with things to do and places to eat etc. coffee bar/italian soda, with syrups and frother. Lots of books and games. Bbq was a bonus. Fully stocked kitchen for staying in and making meals. Self check in was so nice and easy after a long drive. We had such a great stay and would absolutely stay again. Thank you for sharing your property!
