Our stay exceeded all expectations. The Suite was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, parking was easy, and there was even on site laundry! I highly recommend staying here!

Clean and comfortable. Communucation was clear as well as instructions. 10 min easy level walk to LRT/train station to access different parts of Calgary. Excellent overall.

Door lock was tricky which they know. Could have done with an extra blanket or quilt in addition to the duvet on the bed. Comfort of the bed and unit was very good

We had a fantastic family stay at Nef’s property! The location is excellent, within walking distance of several restaurants and a great local park that the kids loved. The home is impeccably maintained and very well-equipped. We stayed in the basement unit, which offered great privacy with its own washroom and a kitchenette stocked with everything you’d need (Brita, coffee machine, microwave, and fridge). We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the welcome candies and the fully stocked toiletries—Nef truly thought of everything, including disposable razors and toothbrushes. Having access to a full laundry and the shared first-floor living room for evening TV was a huge plus. Communication was seamless; Nef was incredibly responsive and provided all the information we needed for a disruption-free stay. Highly recommended for families!

One night stay Sept 7, 2026 in the ‘Moose’ room! Property located close to downtown in a quiet neighborhood! Accommodation was clean & comfortable with little thoughtful touches which was nice! Chocolates on the bed waiting, toothbrushes, shavers, soaps, coffee, simple breakfast options, little signs everywhere to help with functionality! Nice soft music playing in the common area! Kitchen well appointed! Great entry directions! A light illuminating the house numbers would have been nice as they are hard to see at night! Overall a great accommodation! I’d definitely stay again!

Tolle und moderne Unterkunft in der Nähe zur Downtown. Zur Zentrum der Downtown sind es zu Fuß ca 30 Minuten. Alternativ gibt's die Bahn. Unser Zimmer war groß genug, hatte einen kleinen zusätzlichen Raum zum aufhängen von Jacken etc. und war schön gestaltet. Schön war auch die top ausgestattete Küche und das "free breakfast" in Form von Milch, Obst und Aufstriche. Nicht optimal war die mangelnde Schallisolierung. Wir haben die Geräusche aus dem geteilten Bad sehr deutlich in unserem Zimmer gehört und sind auch mehrmals davon aufgewacht.

Prachtige kamer met grote badkamer op de bovenste verdieping van het huis. Bad en geweldige douche. Nieuw en superschoon! Het enige nadeel was dat er een lift ontbreekt
