To begin with, Richard did not provide check-in information. His listing says to contact if you haven’t received it 24 hours before check-in. I did so only to be condescendingly told to look at the exact spot on the listing where it says to contact him. He ignored my reply and only emailed the information after I had contacted customer service, when it would have taken the same amount of time to type as his original condescending non-answer.
Wi-Fi is accessed from other units in the building, which is apparently half
