Kick back, relax, and recharge in this calm and stylish studio, perfectly located near the Bow River, Foothills Hospital, University of Calgary, and cozy cafés and bistros.
Whether you’re in town for work, studies, or a peaceful getaway, this charming space offers the best of both worlds — easy access to the city and a quick escape to the majestic Rocky Mountains.

This cozy studio is ideal for a single guest or couple looking for a peaceful “pied-à-terre” in Calgary. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, you’ll feel tucked away in nature while staying close to everything.

✨ The Space

Tucked away behind the main house, this private studio faces the garden and offers a serene, welcoming atmosphere.
It’s located on the main floor of a backyard carriage house, with the owner (me!) living in the suite above and friendly long-term tenants in the main home.

You’ll enjoy:

A bright, thoughtfully designed studio with cozy décor and peaceful vibes

A secure gated backyard surrounded by greenery — perfect for morning coffee or quiet reflection

A private entrance for your convenience and privacy

This little retreat is designed for those who appreciate calm, comfort, and connection to nature.

Guests have private access to the studio through the backyard, near the garage.
You’ll find a fenced entrance with an easy and secure code system for check-in.

This is a quiet and respectful home environment.
As the studio is located below my personal space, I warmly ask for calm and discreet guests who value a peaceful atmosphere — and I offer the same respect in return.
