「Room is spacious, could easily roll out an inflatable mattress to accommodate another guest. Room has shared wall with common bathroom, some noise from there when being used. Upstairs tenant (host?) was loud at times, doors slamming, thumping footsteps. Pathway leading from front of property to entrance in the back is a disaster. If you have mobility issues, take extra care」

「Everything was perfect. Shoveled driveway to park in, clean and comfortable suite and responsive host.」

「Nice 2 bedroom basement suite. Close to gas station and grocery store. Dayhome on the property, but it wasn't a bother. Kitchen has everything you'll need. New, modern style. Very comfy bed.」

「The listing says it was across from Safeway in Marda Loop, however it was not. It was a 25 min walk away from there.」

「Clean rooms and a good central location for stampede or an event at Cowboys park. The hosts communicated well and were very accommodating with parking. If you are sensitive with noise there is train tracks near by so bring earplugs, otherwise an excellent spot.」

「The place is a dark hole buried underground with no windows. Not washing machine or dryer as advertised. The host is rude and disrespectful. And poor communication. We were very cold and when I asked for extra blankets he told me to use the bathroom towels. 」
