「Amazing Property! The house was impeccably clean, with spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Our gracious host Nicola spoiled us with his generosity. He went beyond our expectations to ensure that our stay was perfect. He and his wife welcomed us with a delicious homemade apple cake. He drove us to the nearby town of Montespertoli to pick-up groceries and provisions. He recommended a local chef to cook for us at the villa. The meal was amazing and memorable. We will be back!」

「Our family of 17 stayed at a villa near Montespertoli. In fact the villa also was a winery and olive oil producer. Nicola was the host as well as the owner. He was available for everyone of our guest. Requests from laundry to suggestions for restaurants, to taxi services to Florence...Nicola was always available to take care of us. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue and host.」

「We were a group of ten friends staying in Florence to celebrate a birthday. A warm welcome awaited us. The villa itself is sizable, though for a little extra we hired the cottage too. "great location just around the corner of Mercato centrale and other tourist attractions! over all stay was nice, but here's some cons.. The room was far from the lift and I had to use the stairs to access my room. the fridge was full smell of molds and so were free bottles of water, so didn't use it at all. Before I used AC, felt like the room air was not so fresh neither. if it was 3 star hotel, I could understand the condition... staff was nice and helpful, thank you!"

"Very close to the central station and breakfast was quite good. Price was pretty reasonable compared to expensive hotels in Firenze. The best service the hotel provides is free water. I would definitely recommend this hotel who wants to stay near the central station. "
