Lovely trip with a bad ending

We had a great time but left with a wicked stomach bug. Both my kids had to go to the hospital and get an IV. Perhaps they should monitor and request that families with sick children isolate as to avoid contamination and have their staff serve the food instead of buffet style, where everyone is talking and sneezing on top of the food. Thank you

Toda a estrutura é ótima. Vi alguns comentários reclamando da hospitalidade, estrutura e comida, mas ficamos 4 noites e achei muito honesto e organizado. Tivemos um incidente triste em que nosso filho pequeno (2a) sofreu a noite com agua no ouvido e um vizinho de porta não lidou bem com a situação, esmurrando a parede e proferindo ameaças (ainda teve a pachorra de se apresentar na recepção como se tivesse tentado ajudar), o que deixou minha esposa, gestante, e meu filho bastante nervosos. Fomos muito bem atendidos e acolhidos por Amanda e prepostos da recepção, que nos trataram muito bem e providenciaram a mudança de apartamento e outras concessões. Espero retornar com os filhos já maiores para que possam aproveitar mais e guardar suas próprias lembranças, o Rio Quente era uma vontade antiga e é realmente MUITO LEGAL, principalmente para as famílias. Numa próxima pretendo ir ao hotel pousada, a tentação por passar noite e dia no parque das fontes e grande! Rs

Cobra muito e oferece pouco.

Quarto com cama e travesseios super confortáveis; contudo televisão não funcionou, apesar do tecnico ficar quase meia hora tentando, mas não conseguiu. Internet pessimaaaaaaa. Jantar mediano. Nada de especial, a carne era bife na chapa. A unica parte que estava excelente era a sobremessa. Café da manhã também mediano, nada de especial. O sistema de transporte para o parque aquatico achei pessimo. Onibus tipo circular, que vive cheio e vc vai de pé balançando e se sacudinho toda devido as inumeras curvas que tem no trajeto. Então, conforto=>zero.
