「I tried to reached to them a week before my travel to get some information about the transport options to the hotel nobody responded i was already heading towards the hotel when i received an email in italian with useless information. On the day of arrival at reception they told me most of the facilities are closed including the restaurant none of this was mentioned while i made the bookings. "Be amazed by the spectacular view from in front of the hotel. You will see Mount Etna and the beach, and you will think, oh, I am so glad I stayed here. The view from the breakfast room is also breathtaking.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, telling us how to get where we wanted to go, how long it would take, recommendations for places to eat, etc. I sincerely appreciate it.
