Clean, large shower, very convenient location to the restaurants and shops. We stayed there twice in 2019 and came back again. The hosts were very friendly.

The property is beautiful , walking distance to everything Giardini Naxos has to offer. My only complaint was not having hot water all the time.

Cute B&B by the beach

Great B&B, room was Very nice and clean, great view from the balcony with only a few metres down to the beach. Enjoyed the breakfast at the café next door as well. Would recommend!

Atrocious customer service. We booked through Expedia and we were not let in. We’ve had no issues like this on other reservations. I called the owner and he laughed at me and hung up. We were stranded for both nights. If you don’t come at exactly the time he wants you to be there, you will not ever be let in. This was so unsafe. This place takes money and takes advantage of travelers. Much better places to stay in this area.

L'hotesse est très accueillante et nous a tout expliqué parfaitement. Mais la chambre avait vue sur la route et la voie ferrée, donc c'est bruyant. Le petit dejeuner est sympa mais il se prend à la patisserie/salon de thé située 100 m. plus loin. Il se compose d'une boisson et d'une viennoiserie.

Utmärkt boende med fantastisk frukost.

Fantastisk ägare av hotellet så trevlig och hjälpsam. Frukost åt vi på ett supermysigt café 1min från hotellet se bilder-så god. Skön säng med riktig madrass, AC, nära till stranden och gågatan fullt med restauranger. Den bästa restaurangen låg åt Taormina hållet, typ 5min från hotellet. Balkong med havsutsikt. Vi bodde i rummet längst upp i byggnaden, många trappor, ingen hiss. Vi fick parkera hyrbilen i ägarens garage. Nära till Allt, helt perfekt boende. Rekommenderas Varmt!

Fint boende med härlig utsikt över havet. Receptionen endast bemannad ibland vilket gjorde att det var svårt att få hjälp vid tillfällen. Sämst var duschen som inte hade något tryck, knappt varmvatten och inte speciellt ren.

Vi är nöjda. Väldigt fin utsikt!

Vi bodde i ett superiorrum längst upp, på 3:e våningen. Vilken utsikt! Vill du ha utsikten o slippa tåg och trafik, så boka ett sånt rum. Rummet var fräscht o fint. Sängen och kuddarna sköna. Ac’n funkade fint. Kylskåp finns på rummet. Hiss finns inte och det är en del trappor från stranden också.

Glücklicherweise wurden wir auf ein Zimmer mit Meerblick hochgestuft. Doch leider waren die Fenster entgegen der Beschreibung nicht schalldicht; Straßenverkehr gut hörbar. Das Frühstück bestand aus je einem Getränk und einem Croissant. Insgesamt hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt.

Die Unterkunft direkt an Hauptstraße und Bahnlinie. Wir hatten aber Superior-Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick, das nach hinten zum Meer ausgerichtet ist. Vom Verkehr vor dem Haus hört man da nichts. Dafür aber das Rauschen des Meeres und das war insbesondere in der Nacht außergewöhnlich....ansonsten ist alles sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer ist toll mit guter Ausstattung, lediglich im Bad zu wenig Ablagen/Haken, obwohl genügend Platz dafür vorhanden ist. Das Frühstück wird in einen landestypischen Cafe außerhalb der Unterkunft angeboten. Das Cafe selbst hat Flair und ein qualitativ wertiges Angebot. Für das im Angebot angepriesene bzw. includierte "große" Frühstück gibt es aber nur 1 Getränk und Croissant, alles was darüber hinaus geht, muss selbst bezahlt werden. Die Preise dafür sind zwar okay, insgesamt fanden wir das aber insgesamt so nicht gut. Für das Parken an der Unterkunft werden pro Tag 20,- EUR erhoben. Das fanden wir für eigene Gäste überteuert. Im Umfeld und Ort gibt es so gut wie keine (günstigen) Parkmöglichkeiten, das führt wohl zu diesem satten Preis. Für diese beiden Umstände gibt es den Abzug beim Service/Personal, obwohl der Gastgeber selbst extrem freundlich ist.

DEFINITELY NO GO!rude ugly they really theft money

When arrived at 18:30 (instead of 18:00) the host said he has already gone and i forced to pass all the night inside of my car:((((. Trying to cancel that terrible booking hasn’t succeeded as well because host didn’t response and hotels.com hasn’t managed to complete that. If you feel like paying 160$ for entertain yourself all the night inside your car - book that place.

Not recommended if you're not Italian

Clean and central. WIFI very good. TV is only in Italian. There is no reception desk and you have to phone the property for check-in which is not available after 6pm. Only two free parking spots available, otherwise you have to pay the meter. No lift: Classic rooms on second floor and Superior rooms on third floor. Not quiet due to railway line across the road.

Muss man nicht hin

B&B direkt an der Straße und Zuggleis (viel zu laut). Es stehen keine ausreichende kostenlose Parkplätze zu Verfügung. Die zur Verfügung stehenden sind frei zugänglich und man muss zu bestimmten Zeiten da sein, um einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Der Service beim Frühstück ist gut, aber der Cafe ist entweder wässrig oder kalt. Das WiFi funktioniert nicht überall, sondern nur im 2 Stock . Es fehlt die Möglichkeit seine Badesachen zu trocknen (Wäscheständer). Wir mussten am letzten Tag noch eine Tagestaxe von 1 Euro pro Person zahlen, obwohl uns das im Vorfeld nicht gesagt wurde. Die Strandstraße zum Balkon wurde in der Nacht als Rennstrecke von Motorradfahrern genutzt. Am Wochenende war immer laute Discomusik zu hören. Wir können dieses B&B nicht empfehlen, da wir den Aufenthalt dort nicht entspannt genießen könnten. Peccato
